I have been with talwalkars for 3 years now. before i joined them i badly wanted to lose some weight and was contempletaing joining vlcc,bodycare...but my frient how was a dietitian suggested me to join a jym, workout and eat a healthy diet and lose weight. i took her advice that day though i was attracted to the no exercise no diet weight loss those people claim.
but today i have lost about 10kg with talwalkars and have made working out a routine. this is the lifestyle modification that people have to make. today i feel proud of my friend for having guided me to the right place. i will tell all of ou the same....there is no short cut to weight loss. the right and the best way to lose weight is eating the right food and burning it. these people are the best to do that. vlcc, bodycare and these people who offer passive weight loss are just waste of money and cheets....
