Inspirations - a question?

Hi im am Raghu from bangalore, recently i visted Inspirations in jaynagar, bangalore, i am looking for reducing 4 inches from my waist. Now what is confusing is after being told so many times about the fact that there is no such thing as spot reduction.
Now what i want to know is does spot reduction work, the people at Inspirations have been very very friendly and cocoperative, after a couple of counselling cum bargains, they have agreed for a steal price, but i am really not sure if ultimately get my tummy reduced, is inspirations any better than the others?
please help...
