One day i decided i need to start working out at home and went to stayfit-fitness equipment shop. in our first visit we were not sure what we wanted to buy...we thought the person sitting out there would help us according to our needs but, that guy was such a waste. he had least knowledge about the product he was selling. they need to be better trained.
however we decided to buy a cycle and it was at our home within days. the techi who came to assemble the machine took about one and a half hour to do that and ultimately was successful when my husband helped him. we worked out for about two days and then the series of problems started. it started to make such irritating sounds the third day that we could not workout anymore. i called the service center and lodged a complaint. they promised some one will come and repair it the next day and nobody came for the next 3 days untill i called them and told them to take the cycle back. this happened about 5 times and the service people were not able to repair it.these service people who came would never wash their socks and it was nauseating. ultimately after fighting with them for 2 months and talking to all their higher officials i got the cycle replaced.
i burnt more energy fighting with them than working out on the cycle....
